Hubby and I are started looking for a house. We are definitely ready to purchase since we have enough savings. For the last two years, we started saving money for a house down payment. Now, we had save at least 20 percent for house down payment. Wow, it feels like I have had remove a thorn from my side. After all these years, we will be able to own one. I am also tired of living in a small apartment. The apartment that we are not now is not safe at all because the landlord didn’t provide a home alarm system. My apartment is in the downtown area of the city though it’s not safe to live here.

Anyway, since we will have our own house, I told hubby if we can install a device than can detect theft. I want to be sure that there should be a home security inside my house. Sometimes, in emergency basis, we don’t know what to do so it would be great if there will be someone to help you.
