Hubby and I were thinking wither to buy a house and lot or manufactured home. This is a big decision for us to make because if we will buy a lot that means we are tied up to pay for over 20 years or maybe for 30 years. If we will a mobile home, I think it’s a little bit cheaper. I hope we can decide soon though.
