Holiday and non-Holiday Moves
Posted in Uncategorized on 02/06/2010 06:52 pm by adminIn burning the extra calories that I ate during the Christmas, I did some extra moves that made me exercise more and I am taking multivitamin too. One is going to the mall and walk, walk, walk! I do not just stroll around.. I stroll and carry lots of shopping bags with me! And that burns a lot of calories! Plus using the staircase instead of elevators and escalators also do great! Another is that I delivered my gifts on foot! Some of my friends who lived nearby got their gifts personally delivered by me! I usually walk or go biking as I deliver the gifts to them. And lastly, I do evening walks with my family to see the different and colored decorations in the neighborhood!
