When I am asked exactly how it feels to give birth, I tell them it’s a process. It takes some time. You’re in regular pain. It gets worse. But strangely, as a woman of faith, you can take it.

My experience with my Lord is such that He keeps vigil all through labor and childbirth. And, when the final pangs come, He holds my hand right through it.

To all expectant mothers and all who wish to be mothers, I take this chance to say: Let Him hold your hand through it all.
