I’ve always make it a point that I am the best dressed among the group. Just like at the office, my officemates would often guess what I will wear the next day because they love to see me wearing my dresses. And I would always love to surprise them with my dresses! I would even do some fashion show in our office hallway!
Funny as it may sound, fashion is my inspiration to keep my body sexy, fit and healthy! I wanted to look good with the dress that I wear that is why I have to maintain the body that I have.

Jazz music is a genre that has been “undefined” for years. A lot of musical geniuses have tried to make a definition of it, but none of them succeeded. For years, jazz music has evolved and different versions of genre of it have sprouted–it’s like a genre with a genre. Among the different kinds of jazz music, my favourites are soul jazz, Latin jazz and smooth jazz. If I would want to relax and rest, I listen to soul jazz music, but if I wanted to hit the floor with the Latin dance steps, I usually go for Latin jazz. It’s a fun kind of music, actually and it’s the best for me.

I am a big fan of Michael Buble since time immemorial. I love his every song and his every melody. One time, I was surfing through my facebook account until I saw a youtube video of his song that I wasn’t familiar with. So I immediately watched the video. And I got surprised when he introduced an Italian singer named Laura Pausini who will sing with him for that song. I enjoyed the video a lot; especially that Laura Pausini has this voice that is sexy and perfect for a jazz song. It’s definitely refreshing, calming and relaxing.

I have a grandfather who is already eighty-two years old and his health is still surprisingly good; very good in status actually because he can still jog, drive and do a lot of physical activities at his age. We were having lunch yesterday and I asked him what his secret for being so fit and healthy is.
